The questions we hear most about estimates

Yes — every estimate is free, written, and itemized, with no obligation to book. We only charge once you've approved a scope and number in writing.
Within one business day of submitting the form — most requests get a callback the same day. From there, expect a written estimate within 2-3 business days of your walkthrough.
For structural work (foundations, framing, retaining walls, additions) we need a real on-site walkthrough, so yes — or a trusted representative can meet us. For smaller or clearly-scoped jobs, we can often estimate from a phone call and photos.
If you have them: existing plans or engineering drawings, recent photos of the area, any known permit history, and a rough sense of budget and timeline. If you don't have any of that yet, submit anyway — we'll walk you through it on the call.
